Stop TB Partnership Kochon Prize
The Stop Tuberculosis (TB) Partnership Kochon Prize Selection Committee invites nominations for individuals, institutions, or organisations who have made a major contribution to stopping TB.
Nominees should have significant and documented achievements in the formulation and implementation of a system or policy for anti-TB programmes or in the fields of TB research, advocacy, education, or training for the prevention of TB. Recognised national health bodies of World Health Organization (WHO) member states, Stop TB partners, and former recipients of the prize are welcome to put forward nominations.
The prize consists of a medal and US$65,000 to be awarded annually. Recipients will also attend the award ceremony with all expenses paid.

All nominations should include:
- A completed nomination form (See links below);
- A letter of nomination from an eligible national health body, Stop TB Partner, or former recipient; and
- Supporting documentation (Curriculum Vitae for individuals, annual report for an organisation, or other documentation as appropriate).
All documentation should be signed and submitted in English in hard copy (handwritten documents are not accepted) or PDF format.
